Site rules to make everyone's stay more enjoyable:

  • Quiet Time: 11:00 PM (strictly enforced)
  • No obstructive noise past 11:00 PM
  • Main Gate will open at 12:00 Noon, daily.
  • Only authorized personnel with purchased event passes are permitted in the designated areas. If failure to provide a wristband / pass, you will be escorted off the grounds.
  • We are a family-oriented sport, and we all want to to have a good time. We reserve the right to protect the rights of our guests for the benefit and safety of all in attendance.
  • For each pit area, only one support vehicle per site please. These vehicles must have the appropriate approved stickers (please see registration booth for details).
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children's. Please be at your site during quiet hours.
  • Bicycles can be used during daylight hours only. No offroad vehicles of any kind.
  • Absolutely zero tolerance for any campfires on the premises.
  • Liquor will be permitted at your own pit site only. No walking around event grounds with liquor please. Underage drinking is NOT permitted.
  • All track buildings are non-smoking.
  • All animals / pets are:
    • always to be on a leash
    • kept out of buildings
    • not to be left unattended
    • not to be left out at night
    • cleaned up after once they do their business
  • Safe, slow driving is necessary for all vehicles. Please observe the 5 km/hr speed limit on all roads and event grounds.
  • No parking in roadways or access routes at any time.
  • No disposal of contaminating waste on site.
  • No camping except in designated locations.

We welcome our fans, competitors, and their families to our event grounds. We are pleased to have you as guests for our events underway. Please respect our crews, staff, families, and competitors. Please do not travel through other pit sites on way to other areas of the event grounds. The event organization and its organizers bare no responsibility for any damaged, stolen, or imperfections of equipment. Please ensure your belongings are secured in place.
