Puller Pit Pass Access Program

2025 Program

As part of our continued effort to run a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for everyone, we are making some important updates to our pit and track access system for the 2025 PEI Truck and Tractor Pull Championships.

We recognized these changes are significant. We also understand that change can be challenging, especially at an event that so many people love and look forward to. Our goal is to enhance the safety of all involved while preserving the high-quality experience our pullers, fans, and families have come to expect. We're making these adjustments not only to meet provincial safety regulations, but also to ensure that everyone on the grounds has the best and safest experience possible.

What's New for 2025

Each registered puller will receive a total of 10 access passes:

We introduced the track pass system in 2024, and it worked very well to keep the track area clear, safe, and well-managed for all participants, staff, and security. Building on that success, we are introducing the new pit pass system for 2025 to further strengthen safety across the grounds.

All passes must be signed out by the puller at registration, and the puller is responsible for distributing the passes to trusted individuals who understand the expectations of being in a motorsport pit environment.

When & Where Passes Are Issued

Passes will be issued during registration at the event. The puller must sign a waiver at that time and assume full responsibility for distributing their passes to appropriate individuals.

Responsibility

As a registered puller, you are responsible for who you distribute your passes to. Each of your 10 access passes will be individually numbered and recorded under your vehicle's registration.

This system gives you the flexibility to choose who is in your pit crew or guest group — while also allowing event organizers to follow up if there are any safety concerns related to someone using your passes.

Please make sure those you give passes to:

We're confident that this approach will help ensure safety while maintaining trust between our organizers and our valued pullers.

Lost or Stolen Passes

If a pass is lost:

We thank all our pullers for working with us to keep this event one of the best in the region. Your cooperation is what makes our show safe, fun, and memorable for everyone involved.

Let's work together to make 2025 another great year!
